Trans National Times Sacco Ltd (TNT Sacco), a licensed deposit-taking Sacco established in 1977 and serving over 28,000 members across various sectors, invites applications from qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a comprehensive review of the Society’s Dividend Policy and Tariff Structures.
Scope of Work:
- Dividend Policy Review: Assess the current dividend policy to ensure alignment with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and the financial health of the Sacco.
- Tariff Structure Evaluation: Analyze existing tariff structures for services offered, recommending adjustments to enhance competitiveness and sustainability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in reviewing financial policies and tariff structures for SACCOs or similar financial institutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of SASRA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to provide evidence of previous successful engagements in similar assignments.
