Trans National Times Sacco is seeking for suppliers of bulk filers with the following specifications:
- 8-bay bulk filer with a capacity of 10,000 files in lateral format and 4,500 box files
- Should have mechanical capability
- Fire resistant (powder coating)
- Should not interfere with office floor
- Expandable
- Should be able to accommodate 330kg per bay
- Should have multi-purpose shelves both for lateral and box files
- Should have a central locking system
- Working area that is accessible from both sides
